I Think I See the Runway on Flickr.

So part of our trip to Las Vegas was a side trip to Nelson, NV; basically it is a fake ghost town. It’s not that it’s fake, it’s just that it was a small ghost town that was made bigger by someone trying to pull in tourists. I don’t know for sure, but I’m pretty sure this plane didn’t crash here, and was just a prop. More interestingly was further town this road was a bunch of old Navy trainers in the middle of the desert.
The HDR might be a bit stronger than I normally like on this shot, but I liked the textures in the hills behind it. -

For the Super Guppy trip to Seattle, I setup right at the end of the runway to try and get a shot of it landing. This one turned out really nice with the trees framing it in.
